Saudi Hilton Conrad Hotel

The project's objective is to establish an opulent 5-star hotel that provides an extensive array of amenities and services to its guests. The hotel will consist of 170 rooms, with a total built-up area(BUA) of 22,358 square meters,
encompassing 13 typical floors for guest rooms and an additional 8 floors for public areas, including lounges, a spa, a gym, recreational spaces, back-of- house(BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) facilities, and more.
Conrad Riyadh, situated within the Laysen Valley quarter, not only reflects the rich cultural heritage of the region but also provides an ideal work environment with state-of-the-art facilities and services, aligning with the highest standards. This innovative project is poised to contribute significantly to the growth and success of businesses, embracing the essence of Vision2030 and propelling Riyadh towards a progressive and integrated future.

This is a composite space that can both accommodate socializing and provide a relaxing experience. The core challenge is how to seamlessly integrate modern simplicity with natural healing, conveying a high-end temperament of "relaxation without exaggeration" in functional zoning and detail design.

Material: The warmth of the shallow wooden floor, the tension of the black textured wall, and the delicacy of the metal furniture create a unique sensory memory through the contrast of warmth and coldness.
Color: Based on light wood, beige, and gray, complemented by green plants, presenting an elegant style of "low saturation&high texture".

Design communication and execution
Through preliminary communication, concrete the concept of "modern simplicity& natural healing". The hotel team hopes that the space can not only reflect the brand positioning, but also convey comfort and high-end. We ultimately achieved a balance between style and comfort by focusing on swimming pools, restaurants, halls, rooms, etc., with natural materials and low saturation colors as the main tone.
